I am 22 years old male. I find myself to be protein deficient. Can you prescribe me one best protein powder and but the protein powder should not increase or make me like boxer. It should help me out to gain at least a little bit of height and should pay strong base to my bones as I exercise a lot. And give me a best diet to increase my height?

Hello, Thanks for the query. No protein powder can make anybody like a "boxer" or a "body builder" by just drinking it with milk. It only provides much needed additional proteins as most of the diet is deficient in those. There are many protein powder brands available.
