Sir, I have sleep problem since 2 year I am unable even day n night even hard work every 3 day I am using sleeping pill. I have also mild gas problem since 10 year I was treated it but after psychiatric treatment they treated for mood disorders giving lamotrigine, and qutapine 50 mg (bipolar disorder) for one year I was good but when I gave up same problem continues, now I am under homeopathic treatment taking passiflora q, mystrica, kaliphos, nux 200 but no result pls suggest me everything I have tried but no result.

Because you are suffering from a bipolar disorder, which is a lifetime disorder, you need lifetime medicines. It is like diabetes that needs treatment even after sugar levels become normal. Please continue lamotrigine and quetiapine as doctor prescribed. If you have any concern of side effects, please discuss with the psychiatrist. Do not stop tablets without her/his advice. You are still young, hard worker and you deserve quality sleep. By the way, quetiapine is sedating. You discuss with the psychiatrist and increase it to an adequate dose, may be even 600 mg/day.
