Hello Doctor, my mom is 47 years old. She is diabetic from Jan 2017. Last week when she checked her sugar level its 266/456 (before/ after). Previously she was taking glycomet trio1 1 tablet per day. After testing, doctor said tablet is not digesting properly so he changed to glycomet trio 2 morning - 1 tablet and evening 1- tablet. After 1 week tested again, sugar level remain same as 240/454. Now he changed tablet to triformin 2 tablet per day .Asked to wait for 10 days and check again. She does 1 hour walking in the morning. And she is active throughout the day. She has two roti/ wheat rice at night. What's the problem here? I means why it is not reducing even after changing the tablet?
