Pain in the knee joint, & after stress it will be swallowed and irritated pains after walk & seat & down, everyday walking done for last 6 months BMR showing normal to weight, please suggest any test or medicinal treatment to recover.

It may be osteoarthritis. You should do regular exercise for strengthening of muscles around knee joint. Apply ice pack for 7 min twice daily may give some relief. You can wear knee cap for support knee joint. Avoid squatting and cross leg sitting. Exercise:- 1. Ankle push ups (10 time) 2. Put a cushion under knee and press knee on cushion for 10 sec.(10 time) 3. Raise one leg up in air and hold for 10 sec (10 Time, do same with another leg.
