Hi. I have been suffering from pain in my back for 7 days. Sometime it is low and sometime it high. Problem while standing up and sit down .I have also gas problem. I also take medicine for gas. Please, provide me some useful information so that I will able to get rid out of it.

You can hang on a rod or with the help of any support. Hang for 5-10 minutes try if you can. It give you spine traction and on laying position do a rolling exercise and lay on prone position and lift up your whole leg from the hip 10 times each leg. And do a heat therapy.
