Hello sir, I am on medication for bp arbitel-h and I age 30 years my lipid profile, tsh, lft are all normal so when should I stop my medication as 15 days earlier I had bp around 160/100 but I stopped drinking, smoking and I am on low salt diet and change in life style and exercise but some times I feel light headache so what to do further I have normal bp now 120/80 130/90 so I am pretty confused as I have changed my life style so I want to quit medication so please do help me out sir.
