My sister felt a state of dizziness sometimes and when diagnosed we came to know that it was because of low blood pressure at that particular time. Can you please suggest me some healthy practices in order to fight low blood pressure. Can she come back to normal blood pressure after some days permanently. I will be waiting for you answers.

To raise your blood pressure to a healthy level, drink lots of water throughout the day and eat more foods that contain sodium, like sauteed spinach and beets. You can also put on compression stockings and elevate your legs with a pillow to raise your blood pressure.
