I am 24 years old female and have done mbbs 2 years back. Previous year I have dropped for taking coaching for pg exam preparation but I cud not mange with their schedule and cudnot do self study as required. Though I qualified pg exam previous year but could not get good rank to get govt. Clg. So I dropped this year again but this time at home with intention to do self study in which I was actually lacking. I started my preparation seriously since march. Everything goes fine till 10-11 days until which I get neurotic attacks like outbursts of anger, anxiety, irritability etc. I get diverted and distracted very easily towards very small issues on which I know I should not bother at least at this time. My performance is going down and I do not want to ruin this year at all. I feel trapped now and can not help myself focusing on my goal. Even my family friends have come and advised to just study and ignore everything else. But I do not know how to remain focused. Even after meditation, cycling.
