My granny has a high blood pressure of 180 and doctor had found out that there has been a 3 inch tumor in her lungs and kidney but said that it would not be dangerous, but still I'm afraid it would be a cancer, would you please help me, I had found out most of the tumors is about 7 inch or lesser. Please help!

More likely your granny has a kidney or adrenal, which has spread to the lung. Some kidney or adrenal tumors are known to give rise to hypertension It’s difficult for me to comment without seeing the reports. If her general condition is not very good, then Surgery is not an option for her. Sometimes we may consider targeted therapy for the same. Better to see a cancer surgeon for the same.
