Hello Dr. I am 32 years old and a mother to a 14 month old. I live in a nuclear set up so its just me my husband and my kid. I put on weight when I was trying to conceive and I have always been on the swing of losing and gaining. Now I am unable to find time to go to the gym since no one is around to take care of the baby. I am scared that I may get diabetes and other weight related diseases. I don't eat rice at all. I have my lunch at 9 am some light breakfast at 3 pm and dinner by 6 pm. I am somehow walking for 30 mins early morning since a month planning to resume jogging. What else can I do?

Hi dear 1st you stop worrying about your weight gain issues. Star eating 6 meals per day spaced at 3 hour interval. Out of 6 three should be fruits and salad. Since your baby is ypung so continue walking. From my side best exercise recommended for you yoga exercise. This you can do at home. After that you can buy 2 kgs dumbell and do strength training at home. No need to go gym. If you cud manage to meet me I will tell you what type of exercise you should do and diet you should eat.
