Today after two months my sugar levels are fasting 120 and PP 116. Reduced weight by 7 kgs. (77 to 70 kgs). Feeling better now. Sir pls have your feedback. Are these the normal levels of sugar now?

Normal values of fasting 70 to 100 Pp 70 to 140 You are required to keep your BGL within these range strictly. So please consult a nearby diabetes physician for further management. You have made a great effort. Now make a great decision and consult a diabbetologist as soon as possible.

Very nice to know that your blood pressure is under control. But never forget that it is due to your bp medicine repace 50 mg. It is very good drug and has a very good safty profile as well as a good drug to be given with antidiabetic medicines. Then why you want to stop? If you want change of medicines you can consult your treating physician he will guide you.

Hello Dr. I am 32 years old and a mother to a 14 month old. I live in a nuclear set up so its just me my husband and my kid. I put on weight when I was trying to conceive and I have always been on the swing of losing and gaining. Now I am unable to find time to go to the gym since no one is around to take care of the baby. I am scared that I may get diabetes and other weight related diseases. I don't eat rice at all. I have my lunch at 9 am some light breakfast at 3 pm and dinner by 6 pm. I am somehow walking for 30 mins early morning since a month planning to resume jogging. What else can I do?

Hi dear 1st you stop worrying about your weight gain issues. Star eating 6 meals per day spaced at 3 hour interval. Out of 6 three should be fruits and salad. Since your baby is ypung so continue walking. From my side best exercise recommended for you yoga exercise. This you can do at home. After that you can buy 2 kgs dumbell and do strength training at home. No need to go gym. If you cud manage to meet me I will tell you what type of exercise you should do and diet you should eat.
