I am harsh kumar. Age 19 ad my weight is 85 kg height 6 feet approx. I want to loss fat of belly chest or whole body within months or so fast as possible as I want to lose fat from body. Should I take carnisure-500 as I seen a video so I am asking as it is benefit to me or not.

Do not look for short cuts or quick fix methods to weight loss and do not believe in anything posted on social media unless it comes through an expert (with genuine degree in the field) and with scientific basis.
