Hi I have pain "tailbone" pain, when I sitting start I getting pain and I riding bike that time also I feeling pain. Can any one suggest me some exercise or tips to get rid fro this pain. When I am sitting usually sitting by bend toward from side. Can not sit started.

Please sit on a tyre or pillow . Avoid sitting on bikes or hard surfaces. U probably have some injury or hair line fracture in your tail bone but that area is such that plaster cannot be applied. Best is care . Carry a soft pillow (travel pillow)or tyre with u wherever u go .
