Hi Doc, I got married 7 months back on october 1 and my wife got early pregnancy she has conceived on 23 oct and she is affected with GDM from November and she is taking high dose of insulin morning 25 units novomix, Afternoon 16 units actrapid and evening 15 units but till now sugars are uncontrolled. I am very much worried about this and every evening sugars are going low to 60. I need a advice to whom should I consult and my wife is going seven months pregnancy I am worried about this situation. Please help on this situation.
