Hello. I am suffering from cervical pain from 1 year. X-ray shows loss of cervical lordosis. I recently did MRI which shows as loss of cervical curvature due to muscle spasm and stress on tow levels. Discs are normal in space and shape. Pain is radiating in arms, neck region, shoulder and shoulder blades. headaches and vertigo if I use phone in car. Please suggest.

You need to improve your posture while using phone or work. Start Hot water Fomentation and and visit to the Physiotherapist for improvement of your cervical curve n also start doing strengthening exercises for neck muscles.
