My mother is diabetic and BP patient and she is undergoing allopathic medicine for diabetic and BP control. Her current ECG report showing as "suspect left anterior hemi block" what it is mean? Should I need to go for 2D echo test and before 2 months she was diagnosed with long allergic cough but now she is ok but her chest xray report showing "changes of congestion are seen in both lungs, right hilar shadow is enlarge (vascular shadow/?lymphadenitis)" what it is mean? Is there any serious issue, please let me know.
