Hi, I am gaining for past 6 months. I am 43 and have gained healthy weight in last 6 months so I am 77 kha at 5 feet 10 inches. I have started taking Himalaya Gokshura 1 tab n aswangNdha 1 tab after breakfast and 1 tab safe muesli in night. I feel better in terms of recovering from gym workouts. Is this a good combination and can I take this continuously. I have no diseases.

Do a basic preventive health check up to rule out other causes of weight gain. If it is lifestyle related then interventions in healthy eating, fitness needs the right focus to achieve your goal of ideal BMI. Medohara guggulu is better than plain guggulu. Ashwagandha is an adaptogen and helps balance stress. Safed musli may not help in weight loss in specific. I would recommend you focus on fitness workouts and dietary interventions as medications long term is not safe as well as you will see relapse.
