I am 24 yrs old and having extreme hair fall. Density of my hair reduced to a great extent and I have small bald patches. My dad also had the same problem and hence its hereditary. But I was also addicted to weed cigarette and alcohol till recently. What treatment can I avail now to stop hair fall. And please suggest me, if there is any treatment to grow back my lost hair.

Mix powdered Indian gooseberry (amla) and sesame seeds in equal amounts. Take 1 teaspoon twice a day with water. Massage with bhrigraj oil thrice a week. Use mild herbal shampoo.. Take amla tablets 2 tab twice daily with water for 1 month. keep watch on ur thyroid ...if ur thyroid is controlled hairfall will be controlled auomatically...visit ur physician clinically at regular intervals.
