hello hardik, do stretching exercise alternate days. take high protein diet. take milk and milk products.take any sweet item after dinner. take dark chocolate, banana shake, protein x with milk, juice with glucose, mango shake, sprouts, tofu, paneer, soy milk, curd, buttermilk,cold coffee. have small and frequent meals.avoid junk foods.
