I am not able to remember or forgot easily during studies. Not maintain focus on studies and lectures. Suffered some depression in last year. I am mostly silent and alone from frnds. Losses focus during walking in public. Mostly deenergetic. Sometimes feel like someone is staring at me. I am losing my control on my mind and body. Help me plz.
