Have low vitamin D3, B12 and hemoglobin is at 11 so taking medicine. Have lost lot of hair in past 1 year and need to recover it with growth. However noted only few new hair only and have ordered regain ayurvedic medicine of nutralyfe so kindly confirm that company and product is genuine or not? Also suggest products or home made tips to improve hair growth. My age is 40 n lot of white hairs too. Lot of dryness, dullness n freezeness n looks like dead hair so how do I add life to it pls. Suggest.

Hb, Vit D, and B12 normal ranges as per literature varies as 14-18gms/ dL .600IUfor normal adults and >550 pgm/ml but hair problems depend also I stress, hygiene and right nutrition.

Put badam rogana taila 2 drops in each nose twice a day. Godanti bhasma 10 gm Praval pishti 10gm Loha bhasm 5 gm Muktashukti 4 gm Shankh bhasm 5 gm Mahavaat vidhvansh rasa 2gm Amalaki rasayana 100gm mix all well n take 1 TSF with honey or water empty stomach b.d Chandra prabha vati. Arogya vati 1 tabeach after food b.d Amla juice and bhrangaraja juice 2 TSF each with equal water after food b.d Do not awake atnight after 10 pm Avoid things which increase body heat Avoid spicy things.
