Hi 1. Can be had on a muscle gain plan 2. Only post workout if intensity is very high. Usually avoid in fat loss plans 3. Helps to combat acidity. Can be taken the first thing in the morn until acidity is in control. Remember it is high in sugar so not recommended as a lifestyle food.
