1. Eat fruits in the first half of the day 2. Stop carbs by 5 in the eve 3. Eat protein in at least 3 meals a day.

It’s always 70% diet and 30% exercise. They are 2 sides of a coin. Intense workout must be complimented by a powerful diet plan to get best results!

Morning drop bread, add cereal like oats instead Lunch: substitute rice with Dalia or brown rice Night: substitute bread with roti No white rice, maida,sugar, fried,cheese and butter.
