Dr. I am suffering from neck pain which goes from neck to the shoulder and the joint of shoulders behind. It has become so apply that I give very harsh rotations and shake my neck 10 times a minute. Also I suffer from lower right back pain and it makes crackling sounds when I do movements of right leg .I have done all test which includes ESR CRP xray and calcium tests everything is normal.
