I am a type 2 diabetic patient and on medication. Now a days a there is a lot of buzz around about keto diet. Will it really help in reducing weight and diabetes. If yes what is the right method to follow that diet?

Nothing better than your native diet and restrict food items which contain high calory and have high glycemic index, sugar,jaggery, honey,sweets, sweet fruits etc. Prefer food with low glycemic index and which have high fibre. Exercise regularly.
