I am not gaining weight, I eat well and also exercise like running, yoga, gym regularly. I want to gain some weight, have been trying from last 6 months. But have not gained weight. Please help.

Eat meals at regular intervals. Include good quality proteins like eggs, lean meat, pulses and legumes in the daily diet. Include adequate amount of carbohydrates like whole grains and cereals. Have nuts and seeds. Focus on weight training.
