Hello sir, my chest has extra fat. As I think it is gynecomastia. I have reading the feed I see all doctor are advising for surgery but I see that after surgery also the chest not looks good in shape like a normal chest. Tell me something that can cure not 100 % but 50% also. Like some exercises or food or any cream or something.
