I have taken the treatment of cervical pain by a physiotherapist. But there is no change in the pain even I felt numbness in my hands when the treatment ends daily. I am facing this pain from last 9 years. How to get rid out of this? And what are the harms of cervical if it is not treated? I am feeling that my head is not with me. It is too heavy and there is too much pain for 2-3 days. Please suggest me what to do?
