I wanted to loose my weight. And my body fat too especially from thighs and the belly fat. And wanted to increase height please suggest me something.

Try a good sport/swimming etc which can keep you engaged as well as burn calories. Make your diet more of fibre, vegetable and fruits every 2-3 hrs. Take only small meals. Avoid large meals, meat, and junk foods. HEIGHT is a genetic and hormones related issue. If any correction is possible by medication, an endocrinologist can help you after evaluating for short stature.
