I am would be going to 18 years old. My height is 5" 1' feet and it's not more increasing. And weight is also very low only 43 kg. What can I do for this. I doing daily exercise but it's not very help full for me. Because I don’t know what can I eat more effect thing (food. ayurvedic) for this to solve it. Help to eaten deit.

According to your age you have to take healthy breakfast like protein supplements fruits and dry fruits milk etc. Heridatary factors are important otherwise T3T4 TSH check it.
