I am 26 years old my weight is 70+ I can do each and everything for weight lose I can try gym, exercise, yoga a good diet plan but it cannot work what can I do for quick weight lose?

Weight loss is a gradual process and it will take some time. Healthy diet+ good life style + good sleep and continuous efforts are very important very important for good health. Eat small frequent Healthy meals. Drink lots of water. Stay active through the day. Check your vitamin D and vitamin b 12 level if feeling tired. Include lots of fresh and locally available fruits and veggies in diet. Stop eating maida products and all kind of junk foods. Stop having all cold drinks and packed juices.
