I am skinny fat with 19percent body fat which is normal. My face shoulders and arms are skinny but my thighs and belly is comparatively fat. After workouts should I take mass gainer or whey protein shake. If I take whey protein I will become more skinnier. Or should I take a little of mass gainer and not much in order to maintain weight while increasing muscle.
