My 15 month old daughter is refusing to eat. She started like this one month before. After trying a lot only a small amount of food is eating. Kindly help.

All toddlers and their parents go through these phases, parents have complaint that child is not eating, it can be due to various reasons. Mostly if we see child is active, playful, maintaining weight then nothing to worry about child is fine. As your child is growing ,he/she wants to do things themselves. Offer them foods which they can eat themselves, child like to feed themselves n they enjoy it. Secondly don't give them milk before meals, as he is full n will not eat upto your satisfaction. This is the time to train your child, otherwise in lately you need to face the consequences like fussy eating and crakiness. Feed your child with family on dinning table, bring a baby feeding chair so she can sit along with other family member, please switch off the tv and mobile while eating. It will take some time, but with regular practice she will develop routine and will start having food.
