When I ride on bus or car I feel nausea, vertigo and then vomit. But no problem at all in train. I took homeopathic medicine cocculus indica 30 mins before riding and then again another dose. But still no work .Just after 5-10 mins riding on car or bus I feel nausea, vomiting and for this problem I can not go any tour and many times my important exam has spoiled. Pls give right medicines to get rid of my problem.
