When I am in sleep, my mind not reacts immediately. Like when I wake in between sleep and want to move my hands or body, it becomes almost impossible for me at least for few seconds. Than after some time I able to move up or change side or make my hands or foot move. I am not able to find out where is the actual problem, please help me out? Thanks.

Reducing your weight will help If there is family history of diabetes or in blood relation even in Grand parents or uncle/ant (blood related) than you should be worried and reduce your weight to the age hight group as you are over weight. A positive family history will make you prone by 100% to diabetes if overweight is also associated. A blood sugar report of 2 hour after 75 gram of sugar test is done on you and in reports it comes less than 110 mg/dl than it's the precursor of early diabetes. Also get your thyroid function test checked. Snoring during sleep is another indicator. Take 45 min of exercise and don't skip your breakfast which should be before 9 am and heavy consisting 50% protien. It should help I think. Plan for your health instead of plan for treatment.
