I am 22, male, Since 15 days my back is paining while waking up in the morning and continues till I get off from the bed, once I get off, the pain will be relieved in minutes and I am happy the rest of the day, I am having good sleep and waking up is horrible on the bed, pain while turning side on the bed, getting off the bed etc, it happens only in the morning. A slight pain in my left thigh is also there. Whom should I consult, should I be worried?

Seems like a lumbar disc and you should get yourself screened for seronegative arthritis, by doing an ESR and HLA B 27 (BOTH ARE BLOOD TESTS. If they are negative you can continue with physiotherapy treatment. Intermittent pelvic traction and interferential therapy for your low back.
