I am a 30 year old male and the foreskin of my penis does not pull back .The fact is I have never tried to pull it back during growing up age and now I am realizing the importance of it Also, I used to masturbate excessively but now I have stopped. My penis folds itself when it's in flaccid state, not all the times but sometimes .Kindly suggest on the remedy for the same.

Foreskin of your penis does not pull back. I advise you to do Circumcision if there is unbearable pain in moving back foreskin. It is a minor operation done under local anesthesia so there is no pain. You can get it done from good government hospital. You have to go to surgery OPD in the hospital.
