Few months ago I have started getting fear about heart failure my father died of heart attack 3 years ago at age 52 he was a chronic smoker same is the case of my grand father. I am 26 year old 6 ft 110 kg does walking for 1 hr for 5 days a week non smoker non drinker still I am afraid of heart issues I was sent to ER numerous times due to heart palpitation like feeling left arm tingling doctors checked my ecg numerous times which came back normal and they say that its anxiety related. It was normal for few days and now it came back strongly I have left arm and shoulder pain I work in a courier so I have to carry heavy articles in my backpack and most of the time I will be riding the bikes after office time I do take tuition but due to these problems I can not concentrate on my classes. What should I do. Do I need further checkups. Doctors says that heart issues other than inborn issues are rare in this age since all my vitals are normal. What should I do.
