Hi, Doctor from last 3 days I got cramp in stomach before going to motion. Heaviness in stomach with bloating .But after motion I i don't feel cramps. Motion come 5 - 6 time with cramp in stomach. I took some medical but still heaviness and bloating. medical which I took pan Ciplox 500 metrogyl 400 Please suggest.
