I'm having a problem to gain weight, very skinny from childhood, now I have reached 20 years still not able to gain weight. What should I do?

For weight gain first thing that is important is appetite. U can improve this with regular exercise like walking. For weight gain hv foods that are calorie dense like dried fruits ,seeds, nuts, peanut butter, cream,butter, cows ghee. Granola.Have full fat milk and it's products. Make good use of healthy oils in diet like flax seed oil, olive oil. Have meals 5- 6 times daily.
