Dear lybrateuser, - To gain strength & stamina you have to consume a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains instead of refined ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, milk & milk products, non veg, legumes, peas, sprouts, nuts - have a protein rich food with each meal & also as a snack to provide you with sustained energy the whole day - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration as less amount of fluids can also cause tiredness - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, do moderate weight lifting 2-3 times a week to build muscles which help boost your metabolism & give the body strength & stamina - also check your blood pressure, blood sugar & thyroid hormone levels if not done so to rule out any other problem.
