I am taking met xl 12. 5 mg and I want to stop this taking please suggest me is right or not I am taking this November 2017 start with 50 mg and today I take only 12. 5 mg and my bp is 130/90.

your bp is higher on the borderline. continue to take medicines which is protecting the heart and brain also from attack and stroke take other measures also like modified lifestyle by reducing salt, anxiety and stress reduce salt and eat more of seasonal vegetables and fruits and do go for regular walks
