I am going to married in within 20 days but I am suffering from undescended testicles I consult with Dr. he said it need to be treated there is very less chance of fertility and it will also impact on sexual life. I don't have penis erection problem and semen also discharge so, can anyone help me and tell that can I do sex before treatment or is there any issue.

Undescended testis may not effect your sexual power. Do Check Semen Analysis /Sperm count in any lab. With abstinence from Masturbation for Minimum 3 days. Then proceed.
