Actually I am NEET student so most of the time I gave to my studies. But I joined a gym recently where I do 1 hour cardiac exercise from 5: 00 pm to 6: 00 pm Then I take night meal at 8: 00 o'clock. This is the routine of last 10 days. Before this I was in my house (I am staying in rent for NEET preparation). Where I used to eat lots of junk food like chowmeen, Maggy, pasta. In last 2 months when I become conscious about my health I joined a gym where I lost 9 kg. Now I am staying in Kanpur away from my house where I take tiffen two times 1: 00 pm and 8: 00 pm.avoiding junk food and rice. I had told to tiffen service not to bring rice. I take 12 chapatis a day a bowl of pulses. And veggies. Lots of fat accumulated in my body. But I feel to awkward when I saw my chest where lots of fat is deposited. I am confused that am I suffer from gynaecomastia

Only cardio is not good for weight. You should also weight training. Do one day cardio and one day weight training. Strenth training. Focus on healthy protien and vit, mineral diet. Do toning your body. You need personalized trainer and diet.
