I had recently visited a going for vaginal discharge and she diagnosed me with bacterial and fungal infection. I was advised doxycycline and metronidazole for 7 days and FAS3 KIT ie fluconazole azithromycin and secnidazole a one day dose of all 3. I started all these tablets today. Now secnidazole has 2 tablets to be taken after dinner and also I have metro and doxy. Can I and should I take 3 antibiotics together? And also if not. What to do?
