Dear lybrate-user, Laparoscopy in your case can be helpful for two reasons- To check the status of tubes and its relation with ovaries Ovarian drilling is a procedure which is done in pcod cases to make ovaries less bulky. This procedure may help you in restoring ovulation. Its too early to go for ivf in my view Regards.
