Hi, Please suggest After sitting for a while when I walk again my ankle pains and I start limping. Then after some time it is fine and I can walk normally. And can stand normally .Why is it happening and what can be done to solve the problem?

The simplest would be the tightening of the tendon at the back of you ankle .due to lack of exercise or so which improve by some simple exercise that stretches the ankle and may give you relief slowly. May need some more detailing like if there is any swelling.in the ankle. Your age and built .if there is any similar pains in your heels or so, to rule out early signs of arthritis etc.
