I have severe generalized Anxiety Disorder, GAD for almost 8 months. Have been prescribed diazepam starting from 5 mg to now 25 mg. Also with tancodep one daily. Nothing is helping. I have palpitations all day long. I am unhappy always. Now more depressed. The most annoying thing is I am urinating almost every 2.3. Hours. My body mass is decreasing. I keep healthy diet and exercise daily but not helping. Any suggestions?

Seek a second opinion GAD is treatable by medication and Cognitive Behavior Thwerapy. You may have to be screened for a physical disorder as well.

These are old outdated medications and are less effective, consult a psychiatrist and get latest medication and combine with cognitive behavior therapy, results will be wonderful. All the best.
