Ir I am suffering from left side balance related disorder since v1 year actually I had otitis media in left ear which was cured by a minor surgical procedure of draining fluid but from then I had recurrent ear infections but now a new problem had started and I HAD LEFT SIDE BALANCE AND tinnitus PROBLEM IN ONLY LEFT EAR MY ENT Dr. DID MY PTA test which was normal also I had NORMAL IMPEDANCE AUDIOMETRY TEST I think that I have vestibular problem sir please guide me.

Vertigo is the technical term that you use for the imbalance in the body. This problem occurs when the blood supply to the inner ear is deficient. Get an ENG done & consult an ENT surgeon asap. PTA & Impedence audiometry is normal which means your middle ear is fine. The cochlear portion in the inner ear (responsible for hearing )is also fine. Vestibular sedatives taken for 2 / 3 months should help.
