Right now my wife pregnant or LMP is 24/11/2017 and first ultrasound one on 19/01/2018 or that time age of fetal is 7 weeks 3 days so as per doctor growth found less than average so recommend in second ultrasound after 12 weeks, please suggest normally what is recommendation for ultrasound in normal cases. Actually my having miscarriage in 2017 in third month so I am too much worry Please suggest and advice me and if possible please suggest good diet plan for good pregnancy.

Right now usg is ok. Size is normal. Your Dr. may be giving you support for pregnancy. You may need progesterone n other supportive medicine.
